Retro Organics
Retro Organics has made its mark on the judges many a time. In March 2011 the Gore-based cheesemakers were awarded three medals at the Jersey World Conference Cheese Awards then just a few weeks later scooped another three medals at the National Cheese Awards.
Te Mara Pork
NZ's first organic pork sets new benchmark. James Langton and his fiancé Kelly Martyn have launched Te Mara Prime Organic Pork, New Zealand’s first certified organic pork brand. The ground-breaking venture is centred on Langton’s BioGro-certified Taranaki property in Ihaia Rd, outside Opunake.
Woodshield
Australian company WoodShield has achieved BioGro certification for its sheathed timber posts that offer most of the benefits of treated timber – and possibly more.
NZ Skincare Company
NZ Skincare Company made a move in 2011 for its skincare brand ‘geoskincare’ to switch its organic certification to BioGro. Founder Penny Vergeest is proud to explain why.
